Year 5 Science Week

Class: Year 5 Year: 2021 - 2022

Science week 2022 kicked off with an explosive experiment in year 5. We predicted what would happen in we dropped a mento sweet into a bottle of cola. The results were amazing (see our photographs). As the theme of this year's Science week is 'growing', we also planted some sunflower seeds as part of our whole school 'growing' competition. We will observe and record the height of our sunflowers and the winner will be the class with the tallest sunflower.
